  Accueil pas spécialement chaleureux. Beaucoup de toiles d’araignées autour de la fenêtre. Nous avons dû changer de chambre car il y a avait des petits insectes sur la ventilation de la salle de bain, qui se sont retrouvés un peu partout dans la salle de bain. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner simple, viennoiseries probablement congelées.

  Can't fault this Premier inn the lady on reception Sunday evening 26th April was exceptional showing kindness and understanding to my dad who has mobility issues . We've stayed at this premier inn a few times when visiting family in the East Grinstead area and will continue to do so.

  Nice quiet stay the night before getting to the airport. Locality meant not haing to get up super early to travel to the airport.

  Awful!! Avoid!! This hotel is well below par of the Premier Inn brand. The greeting on arrival was substandard. No eye contact or rapport to make us feel welcomed. The room smelt damp and mouldy. The internal door chain was broken. The room decor is outdated and reflected in the outdoor decor too, which also is in need of major refresh. The breakfast is actually a short walk to the pub and not internal or adjacent to the hotel. The cooked breakfast option is waitress ordered and not unlimited. The service was untimely given we waited 25 mins for our order whilst customers arriving after us received their order a good 10 mins before us. The only redeeming factors were the waitress ordered breakfast meant a tasty hot breakfast. Far better than the usual lukewarm buffet style option. And on leaving the waitress said goodbye and thanked us for coming. That genuinely was the only pleasant proactive staff interaction. Sadly not enough to increase my one star review.
